Slemish Dental Care and Aesthetics was founded in 2024 by Tiernan, Saorlaith and Catherine,
following the return of the practice to independent ownership after a period under the direction of the Portman Dental Group. Having served the people of Ballymena and its surrounding areas for over 60 years, this is a proud new chapter for number 20 Broughshane Street.
The strong foundations and excellent reputation of the practice are owed largely to Laura Jones, who has worked for 27 years in the practice, and was sole owner for ten years. We are proud to have her working alongside us on this latest journey. Tiernan, Saorlaith, and Catherine are honored to have Laura Jones as an invaluable partner, bringing her wealth of experience and commitment to this exciting journey.

Saorlaith is qualified in facial aesthetics and has been offering a variety of treatments since undertaking initial training in 2020. She is highly knowledgeable, skilled and passionate about providing safe, natural and ethical treatments. She continues to invest in regular training and attend conferences to ensure she is always providing care of the safest and highest standard.
